摘要
针对朱集西煤矿11501工作面高地温、高地压的特点,分析了11-2煤的自燃特性以及采空区自燃“三带”分布规律,得出11-2煤应以CO,C_(2)H_(4),C_(2)H_(2)作为标志性气体;采空区进风侧氧化带范围为32~96 m,中部氧化带范围为26.4~62 m,回风侧氧化带范围为28.4~91 m。根据煤自燃特性以及采空区自燃“三带”分布规律,制定了工作面回采期间防灭火技术方案,即加强气体监测,进、回风隅角端头设挡风墙控制漏风,进风侧预埋注氮管路,高抽巷布置灌浆钻孔等防灭火措施。结果表明,采用上述措施后,正常回采期间,采空区内CO浓度最大为13×10^(-6);过断层期间,采空区内CO浓度最大为10×10^(-6),有效地防治了采空区遗煤自燃,保证了工作面的安全回采。
According to the characteristics of high ground temperature and high ground pressure in11501 working face of Zhujixi coal mine,the spontaneous combustion characteristics of 11-2 coal and the distribution law of three spontaneous combustion zones in the goaf are analyzed,it is concluded that11-2 coal should take CO,C_(2)H_(4) and C_(2)H_(2) as signature gases.The range of oxidation zone is 32-96 m in the intake side,26.4-62 m in the middle side and 28.4-91 m in the return side of the goaf According to the characteristics of spontaneous combustion of coal and the distribution law of three spontaneous combustion zones in the goaf,the technical scheme of preventing and extinguishing fire during working face stoping is worked out,that is to strengthen gas monitoring,set up wind barriers at the ends of the inlet and return air corners to control air leakage,pre-bury nitrogen injection pipelines on the air inlet side,and arrange grouting boreholes for high-extraction roadways and other fire-fighting measures.The results show that the maximum concentration of CO in goaf is 13×10^(-6) in norma mining period and 10×10^(-6) in goaf in fault crossing period,which can effectively prevent the spontaneous combustion of remaining coal in goaf and ensure the safety of mining face.
