摘要
通风瓦斯灾害是当前矿井生产一个主要灾害,单源数据无法准确描述瓦斯灾害变化特点,使得预警精度低,为了改善矿井通风瓦斯灾害预警效果,保证矿井生产安全,提出了多源数据融合的矿井通风瓦斯灾害预警平台。硬件部分,通过多个传感器对瓦斯涌出量、温度和风速等数据进行采集,并对数据进行预处理;软件部分,计算权值息,然后根据权值进行数据融合得到瓦斯浓度得到预警等级,最后进行了矿井通风瓦斯灾害预警仿真实验,结果表明,平台提高了矿井通风瓦斯灾害预警正确率,并且矿井通风瓦斯灾害预警结果更加可靠,具有较高的实际应用价值。
Ventilation gas disaster is a major disaster in current mine production.Single source data cannot accurately describe the change characteristics of gas disaster,which makes the warning accuracy low.In order to improve the warning effect of mine ventilation gas disaster and ensure the safety of mine production,a mine ventilation gas disaster warning platform with multi-source data fusion is proposed.In the hardware part,the data of gas emission,temperature and wind speed are collected by multiple sensors,and the data are preprocessed.Software part,carry weight values,and then according to the weights of gas concentration get warning level for data fusion,finally the mine ventilation gas disaster warning simulation experiment,the results show that the platform can improve the gas disaster warning accuracy of mine ventilation,mine ventilation and gas disaster warning results more reliable,has higher application value.
