摘要 当回采工作面过空巷时,周围应力分布状态复杂化,煤柱容易突然失稳,需要安装外部支护方式来加强空巷的支护。新型复合结构强力墩柱通过在母杜柴登煤矿30212工作面通风逃生措施巷成功应用,改变了传统混凝土支柱的整体性能,从墩柱承载能力、塑性变形能力、截割性、施工便捷性、经济性等方面均具有较大提高。保障工作面快速推过空巷,保证了生产安全,提高经济效益,应用效果良好。 When the mining face passes through the goaf,the surrounding stress distribution is complex,and the coal pillar is easy to suddenly lose stability.It is necessary to install external support to strengthen the support of the goaf.Through the successful application of the new composite structure strong pier in the ventilation and escape measures roadway of 30212 working face of Muduchaideng coal mine,the overall performance of the traditional concrete pillar has been changed,and the pier bearing capacity,plastic deformation capacity,cutting performance,construction convenience and economy have been greatly improved.Ensure the working face to push through the empty roadway quickly,ensure the production safety,improve the economic benefit,and the application effect is good.
