摘要
通过使用Physica MCR301流变仪、TurbiscanLAb稳定性分析仪、TX550A型全量程界面张力测定仪等仪器开展了多乙烯多胺类破乳剂对两亲聚驱采出乳状液破乳影响研究。结果表明:多分支的多乙烯多胺类破乳剂随着破乳剂EO基百分数的减少,加入到两亲聚合物溶液后体系的弹性特点和变形恢复能力明显减弱。同时破乳剂的疏水PO基团以多点吸附的方式平躺在油水界面,使得分子在界面上的覆盖面积增加,有利于界面吸附。随着破乳剂EO基百分数的减少,油水界面黏度下降,形成的新的油水界面膜弹性特征减弱,表现为随着多乙烯多胺类破乳剂EO基百分数的减少,其对两亲聚驱乳状液的脱水能力逐渐增强。
The effect of polyethylene polyamine demulsifiers on emulsion breaking of amphiphilic polymer flooding produced fluid was studied by using Physica MCR301 rheometer,TurbiscanLAb stability analyzer,and TX550A full-range interfacial tension tester and other instruments.The results showed that with the decrease of EO group percentage of demulsifier,the elastic characteristics and deformation recovery ability of the multi-branched polyethylene polyamine demulsifier were obviously weakened when the demulsifier was added to the amphiphilic polymer solution.At the same time,the hydrophobic PO groups of demulsifiers lied flat on the oil-water interface by multi-point adsorption,which increased the coating area of molecules on the interface and was conducive to interface adsorption.With the decrease of EO percentage of polyethylene polyamine demulsifiers,the viscosity of oil-water interface decreased,and the elastic characteristics of the new oil-water interface film were weakened,the dehydration ability of polyvinyl polyamine demulsifier to amphiphilic polymer flooding emulsion was gradually increased.
