摘要
通过水热合成的方法制备了Ag@Co_(3)O_(4)纳米复合材料,使用扫描电镜对合成的纳米复合材料表面形貌进行了表征。通过将Ag@Co_(3)O_(4)纳米复合材料修饰于裸电极表面,成功构置了一种电化学传感器用于检测多巴胺(DA)的浓度。构建的电化学传感器具有选择性高、稳定性好、抗干扰能力强等优点。该电化学传感器检测DA的线性范围为1.0~755μmol·L^(-1),检出限为0.33μmol·L^(-1)。本研究为DA的检测提供了一种新方法,也为其他电化学传感器构置提供了一定的参考。
The Ag@Co_(3)O_(4) nanocomposites were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis.The surface morphology of the synthesized nanocomposite was characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM).By modifying the materials on the surface of the bare electrode,an electrochemical sensor was successfully prepared to detect the content of dopamine(DA).The constructed electrochemical sensor showed higher selectivity,better stability and good anti-interference ability for DA detection.The linear range of the electrochemical sensor to detect DA was 1.0~755μmol·L^(-1) with the detection limit of 0.33μmol·L^(-1).This research provides a new method for DA detection,and also provides a certain reference for other electrochemical sensor configuration.
