摘要
化学吸收法是目前应用最广泛且发展最为成熟的碳捕集技术,有机胺溶液是化学吸收法捕集CO_(2)工艺常用的吸收剂,但传统的有机胺溶液在用于碳捕集时都存在再生能耗高的问题,过高的再生能耗会大幅增加碳捕集技术的运行成本。两相胺吸收剂具有降低再生能耗的潜力,具有很大的发展前景。在分析了传统化学吸收法吸收CO_(2)以及两相胺吸收剂吸收CO_(2)工艺和反应机理的基础上,重点阐述了两相胺吸收剂的研究进展,探讨了两相胺吸收剂吸收CO_(2)的未来发展方向,指出可结合现有吸收剂的优点开发高效低能耗的新型两相胺吸收剂,并且两相胺吸收剂的反应动力学、降解和腐蚀特性等将成为重点研究内容。
Chemical absorption is currently the most widely used and most mature carbon capture technology.Organic amine solutions are commonly used as absorbents in the process of CO_(2) capture by chemical absorption.However,traditional organic amine solutions have the problem of high regeneration energy consumption when used for carbon capture.Excessive regeneration energy consumption will greatly increase the operating cost of carbon capture technology.Two-phase amine absorbents have the potential to reduce regeneration energy consumption and have great development prospects.Based on the analysis of the traditional chemical absorption method for CO_(2) absorption and the CO_(2) absorption process and reaction mechanism of two-phase amine absorbents,the research progress of two-phase amine absorbents was introduced,and the future development of two-phase amine absorbents for CO_(2) absorption was discussed.It was pointed out that new two-phase amine absorbents with high efficiency and low energy consumption should be developed by combining the advantages of existing absorbents,and the reaction kinetics,degradation and corrosion characteristics of the two-phase amine absorbents should be the focus of research.
