Industrial Application Status of Olefin Removal From Reforming Oil in China

摘要 介绍了重整生成油非临氢吸附脱烯烃和临氢精制脱烯烃工艺技术。重点介绍了中石化石油化工科学研究院(以下简称RIPP)的FITS和HER加氢脱烯烃工艺技术、中国石化大连石油化工研究院(以下简称FRIPP)的FHDO液相加氢脱烯烃工艺技术,两者都采用贵金属催化剂。从投资、运行、环保等方面比较各工艺之间优缺点及发展前景。 The technologies of non-hydroadsorption and hydrorefining for olefin removal of reformated oil were introduced.The FITS and HER hydrodeolefine technologies of Sinopec Research Institute of Petroleum Processing Research Institute(RIPP)were introduced.The FHDO hydrodeolefine technology of Dalian Petrochemical Research Institute of SinopecResearch Institute(FRIPP)was also introduced.Both use precious metal catalysts.From the environmental protection,investment,operation and other aspects,the advantages and disadvantages of these processes were compared,and the development prospect was put forward.
