ICP-OES法测定酸、中性土壤中的交换性锶 被引量:2

摘要 土壤中交换性锶含量直接影响着植物对锶元素的吸收,进而通过食物链影响人体的健康,而目前尚无关于土壤交换性锶提取和测定的报道。采用乙酸铵-离心机的方式对交换性锶进行提取,以ICP-OES进行测定。考察了样品粒度、称样量以及ICP-OES测试条件对交换性锶提取和测试的影响,确定了样品最佳粒度为2.00 mm,最佳称样量为2.0 g,ICP-OES的最佳仪器条件:RF功率1150 W,积分时间10 s,泵速50 r·min^(-1),辅助气流量1.0 L·min^(-1),测试谱线407.7 nm。对精密度、正确度、加标回收指标进行验证,测试结果显示,本方法精密度为1.36%~4.85%,加标回收率为91.5%~101%,方法检出限低达到0.078 mg·kg^(-1),本测试技术填补了交换性锶的浸提和分析测试的空白,意义重大。 The content of exchangeable strontium in soil directly affects the absorption of strontium in plants,and then affects human health through the food chain.However,there is no report on the extraction and determination of exchangeable strontium in soil.In this paper,exchangeable strontium was extracted by ammonium acetate centrifuge and determined by ICP-OES.The influence of sample size,sample size and ICP-OES test conditions on the extraction and testing of exchangable strontium was investigated,the optimal sample size was determined to be 2.00 mm,the optimal sample dosage was 2.0 g,and the optimal instrument conditions of ICP-OES were as follows:the RF power 1150 W,the integration time 10 s,the pump speed 50 r·min^(-1),the auxiliary gas flow rate 1.0 L·min^(-1),and the test spectral line 407.7 nm.The test results showed that the precision of this method was 1.36%~4.85%,the recovery rate was 91.5%~101.0%,and the detection limit of this method was as low as 0.078 mg·kg^(-1).This test technology fills the gap in the extraction and analysis of exchangible strontium,so it is of great significance.
