摘要 本文建立了一种可简单、灵敏、准确地测定水体中苯胺类物质的高效液相色谱方法。样品用二氯甲烷萃取2次,萃取液用旋转蒸发仪浓缩至1mL左右,加入2mL甲醇,继续旋转蒸发至约0.5mL,用甲醇定容至1mL。4种苯胺类物质(苯胺、对硝基苯胺、邻硝基苯胺、2,4-二硝基苯胺)采用Agilent Extend-C18柱分离,以乙腈-水为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),梯度洗脱,检测波长为230nm。苯胺类物质的线性范围为0.05~10μg·mL^(-1)(r在0.9989~0.9992之间),检出限为0.05~0.1μg·L^(-1),回收率在85.8%~95.8%之间,相对标准偏差为3.8%~7.2%。 A simple,sensitive and accurate method by high performance liquid chromatographic for the determination of anilines in water was established.The sample was extracted by dichloromethane twice.The extract was concentrated to nearly 1mL by a rotary evaporator,then,2mL methanol was added to the concentrated solution and continued to be concentrated to almost 0.5mL,finally,made up the volume to 1mL by methanol.Four anilines(aniline,p-nitroanline,o-nitroanline,2,4-dinitroanline)were separated by Agilent Extend-C18 column.CH_(3)CN-H_(2)O was used as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min with gradient elution.The detection wavelength was 230nm.The linear range was 0.05~10μg/mL with r ranging of 0.9989~0.9992.The limits of detection of anilines varied was 0.05~0.1μg/L.The recoveries were 85.8%~95.8%with relative standard deviations between 3.8%~7.2%.
