朴门永续理念下乡村水资源规划设计探究——以汝城淇岭村为例

摘要 以淇岭村为例,将朴门永续设计理念引入乡村水资源的规划设计中,针对场地雨水收集问题进行了相关探讨,通过分析场地地形、水文等现状要素,针对淇岭村的水资源规划设计提出了3项策略:分别为水资源总体规划、集水设计和水资源的维护与管理。可构建一个高效的集水网系统,将洼沟、分流渠、水坝和池塘布置在适宜的地点,有效收集雨水,并通过人为管理与植物配置,减少地表水蒸发,有效缓解目前淇岭村水资源存在的土壤含水量低,地表水不足等问题,增大水资源存储量。在今后的水资源规划设计中,要全面思考,统筹安排全局,不但要确保水循环的正常运行,避免干旱等灾害的发生,还要做到因地制宜,并对水资源进行妥善管理,为乡村的水资源规划设计提供新的方向。 This paper is aimed to alleviate the common problems of rural water resources.Taking Qiling village as an example,this paper introduced the concept of Permaculture design into the planning and design of rural water resources,and discussed the problem of site rainwater collection.By analyzing the current factors such as site topography and hydrology,this paper puts forward three strategies for the planning and design of water resources in Qiling village,including overall planning of water resources,water collection design and maintenance and management of water resources.An efficient water collection network system that places ditches,diversion channels,dams and ponds in suitable locations is constructed to effectively collect rainwater.Through human management and plant configuration,surface water evaporation is reduced;the problems of low soil water content and insufficient surface water in Qiling village's water resources at present are effectively alleviated and the storage capacity of water resources is increased.In the future water resources planning and design,it is necessary to think comprehensively and make overall arrangements.The normal operation of the water cycle should be ensured to avoid droughts and other disasters.Meanwhile,measures should be adapted to local conditions and water resources should be properly managed,so as to provide a new direction for rural water resources planning and design.
