适老化理念下的老年友好型居住小区景观设计——以世茂南昌新建北区项目为例

Landscape Design of Residential Communities Under the Concept of Suitable Aging—Taking Shimao Nanchang New North District Project as an Example

以人口老龄化作为研究背景,以适老化设计为研究方向,以居住小区户外景观环境作为研究对象,从老年人的特征、需求、居住小区室外环境使用需求等角度出发,以世茂南昌新建北区为例,分析了场地现状条件,提出了安全性、社交性、整体性、适用性设计原则,基于适老化理念下对住区进行总体方案设计,提出了入口空间、携孙空间、健身空间、跑道空间、交往空间等适老化设计方法,旨在设计出适合老年人居住需求的居住小区,以对未来建设老年友好型居住小区户外空间环境的适老化景观设计提供一定的参考。

Taking population aging as the research background,taking the design of suitable aging as the research direction,taking the outdoor landscape environment of the residential community as the research object,starting from the perspective of the characteristics,needs,and outdoor environment use needs of the residential community,combined with theory and practice to take the new north district of Shimao Nanchang as an example,this paper proposes the design principles of safety,sociality,integrity and applicability,and summarizes the aging design methods such as entrance space,grandchildren space,fitness space,runway space,and communication space in the residential area under the concept of suitable aging.It aims to design a residential community that suits the people's living needs,and provides a certain theoretical basis and reference for the future construction of elderly friendly residential community outdoor space environment suitable aging landscape design.
