不同培养基对冬小包脚菇菌丝生长的影响

摘要 对胡萝卜、土豆、大米、玉米4种培养基上的冬小包脚菇菌丝形态进行了观察,结果发现:在不同的培养基上冬小包脚菇菌丝均能正常生长,但菌落形态及生长速度存在差异。在胡萝卜和土豆培养基上菌丝浓白,菌落相对比较浓密厚实,但分布不太均匀,菌丝体直径小,生长速度较慢;在大米和玉米培养基上菌落稀疏单薄,分布均匀,菌丝体直径大,生长速度较快,菌丝颜色呈洁白色,此外随着培养天数的增加,胡萝卜和玉米培养基上菌丝老化变黑程度较为严重。综合来说在大米培养基上菌丝生长效果最好,菌落分布均匀,生长速度较快,而且不容易老化,利于冬小包脚菇菌丝的生长。 The mycelial morphology of Volvariella brumalis He sp.on carrot,potato,rice and corn media was observed.It was found that the mycelial morphology of Volvariella brumalis He sp.could grow normally on different media,but there were differences in colony morphology and growth rate.On the carrot and potato medium,the mycelium was thick and white;the colonies were relatively dense and thick,but the distribution was not uniform;the mycelium diameter was small,and the growth rate was slow;On the rice and corn media,the colonies were sparse and thin,evenly distributed;the mycelial diameter was large;the growth rate was fast and the mycelial color was clean white.In addition,with the increase of culture days,the mycelial aging and blackening on the carrot and corn media were more serious.In general,the mycelial growth effect on rice medium was the best;the colonies were evenly distributed;the growth rate was fast,and it was not easy to age,which was conducive to the growth of the mycelial of Volvariella brumalis He sp.
