文冠果果壳提取物对植物病原菌的抑菌活性

Antibacterial Activity of Xanthoceras sorbifolium Bunge Pericarp Extract Against Plant Pathogens Bacteria

文冠果具备多项生物活性,同时具有较强的植物病原菌抑菌活性,能够作为抗菌剂应用,从而在植物病原菌预防及治疗中发挥重要价值。分析了文冠果化学成分及生物活性,从实验样品、实验试剂及仪器、实验流程、实验结果分析及讨论方面设计并进行了文冠果果壳提取物植物病原菌抑菌活性研究实验。实验结果表明:乙醇/水提取物对文冠果果壳化学成分的提取率最高,且对于几种植物病原菌的抑菌活性最高、最稳定。

Xanthoceras sorbifolium Bunge is a rare woody oil tree species in China with a variety of chemical components and a number of biological activities.It also has a strong plant pathogen bacterial antibacterial activity,which can be used as antibacterial agents.Therefore,it plays an important value in the prevention and treatment of plant pathogens.Therefore,the chemical composition and biological activity of Xanthoceras sorbifolium Bunge were analyzed.The experimental samples,the experimental reagent and the instruments,the experimental process,the experimental result analysis and the discussion were designed and studied.The experimental results showed that the ethanol/water extract extracted the highest chemical components of Xanthoceras sorbifolium Bunge Pericarp Extract,and had the highest and most stable antibacterial activity for several plant pathogens.
