社区建成环境对老年人群社会交往的影响研究

Study on the Impact of Community Building Environment on the Social Interaction of the Elderly

以重庆市4个社区的老年人为研究对象,选择社会交往规模、社会交往频度、社会交往满意度和社会支持网络4个指标综合衡量社会交往质量,运用多元线性逐步回归模型,分析了建成环境对老年人社会交往质量的影响。结果发现:人行道质量满意度、公共交通站点步行时间、公共交通站点密度、购物娱乐休闲场所数量、交通出行安全度以及娱乐休闲便捷程度与老年人的社会交往质量显著正相关;路网密度、购物场所步行时间、治安状况满意度与老年人的社会交往质量显著负相关。根据结论提出了规划建议:提高步行基础设施质量、增加公共交通站点密度、合理布局娱乐休闲场所与购物场所、提高道路安全性等。

The social interaction of the elderly decreases after retirement,and how the built environment promotes social interaction and physical and mental health of the elderly has aroused widespread social concern.However,there are few studies on the influence of the built environment on the social interaction of the elderly in China.In this paper,the elderly in four communities in Chongqing were selected as the research object,and four indicators of social interaction scale,social interaction frequency,social interaction satisfaction and social support network were selected to comprehensively measure the quality of social interaction,and multiple linear step-to-step regression model was used to analyze the influence of built environment on the quality of social interaction among the elderly.The results show that the satisfaction degree of sidewalk quality,walking time of public transportation stations,density of public transportation stations,number of shopping,entertainment and leisure places,safety degree of transportation and convenience degree of entertainment and leisure are significantly positively correlated with the social communication quality of the elderly.The density of road network,walking time of shopping places,and satisfaction of public security are significantly negatively correlated with the quality of social interaction among the elderly.Finally,some planning suggestions are put forward according to the conclusions.
