西藏创业孵化机构可持续发展研究

Research on the Sustainable Development of Business Incubators in Tibet

在借鉴已有的可持续发展评价的研究成果基础上,以创业孵化机构可持续发展评价指标体系和评价模型为中心,对西藏自治区26家创业孵化机构2018~2020年的可持续发展状况进行了研究评价。结果表明:西藏创业孵化机构的整体可持续发展能力还有较大提高空间,26个样本创业孵化机构中仅有约占23%可持续发展能力较强,其余约77%的创业孵化机构可持续发展能力一般和弱;从创业孵化机构竞争力看,综合竞争力较强和强的孵化机构仅占样本总数的27%,大部分创业孵化机构综合竞争力不强;从创业孵化机构成长能力看,26个样本孵化机构的成长能力水平较低,均处于成长能力一般和较差的状态。针对评价结果,提出了改善西藏创业孵化机构可持续发展能力的建议:一是通过提升孵化机构自身专业水准和筛选扶持优质项目来强化自身竞争力水平;二是通过优化孵化机构本身的运营模式,寻求持续成长的关键点来有效提升成长能力。

Based on the existing research results of sustainable development evaluation,this paper focuses on the sustainable development evaluation index system and evaluation model of 26 business incubators in Tibet from 2018 to 2020.The research shows that the overall sustainable development ability of business incubators in Tibet still has a large room for improvement.Among the 26 sample business incubators,only about 23%have strong sustainable development ability,and the remaining 77%have moderate and weak sustainable development ability;From the perspective of the competitiveness of business incubators,the strong business incubators and strong comprehensive competitiveness only account for 27%of the total number of samples,and most business incubators are not strong in comprehensive competitiveness;From the perspective of growth capacity of business incubators,the growth capacity of 26 sample incubation institutions is relatively low,and they are in the state of average and poor growth capacity.In response to the results of the evaluation,this paper recommends the improvement of the sustainable development capacity of the Tibet entrepreneurial incubation agency from several aspects.The first is to strengthen the competitiveness of the incubator by improving its own professional level and screening and supporting high-quality projects.The second is to effectively improve the growth ability by optimizing the operation mode of the incubator itself and seeking key points of sustainable growth.
