摘要
目的:为明确工作压力对职业倦怠的作用机制,提出一个有调节的中介模型,探讨心理韧性在二者关系中的中介作用及休闲运动参与的调节作用。方法:采用整群随机抽样的方法选取H省3所大学278名高校教师为被试,采用问卷法对其工作压力、职业倦怠、心理韧性及休闲运动参与进行调查。结果:(1)在控制性别、婚姻状况、职位与教龄后,工作压力对职业倦怠有显著的正向预测作用(β=0.24,t=5.24,P<0.01);(2)心理韧性在工作压力与职业倦怠的关系中起中介作用(β=0.19,t=4.88,P<0.01);(3)高校教师的心理韧性受休闲运动参与的调节(β=-0.12,t=-3.61,P<0.01)。结论:相对于低休闲运动参与的高校教师,模型的间接效应对高休闲运动参与的高校教师更加显著。
Objective:To clarify the mechanism of work stress on job burnout,a moderating intermediary model was proposed to explore the mediating role of psychological resilience in the relationship between them and the moderating role of sports and leisure participation.Methods:Using cluster random sampling method,278 college teachers from three universities in H Province were selected as subjects,questionnaires were used to investigate their work stress,burnout,mental resilience,and participation in leisure sports.Results:(1)After controlling gender,marital status,position and teaching age,work stress had a significantly positive predictive effect on job burnout(β=0.24,t=5.24,P<0.01);(2)Psychological resilience played a mediating role in the relationship between work stress and burnout(β=0.19,t=4.88,P<0.01);(3)The psychological toughness of college teachers was regulated by the participation of leisure sports(β=-0.12,t=-3.61,P<0.01).Conclusion:Compared with college teachers with low leisure sports participation,the indirect effect of the model is more significant for college teachers with high leisure sports participation.
