童年期虐待与初中生抑郁的关系:述情障碍与自我怜悯的链式中介 被引量:3

摘要 目的:为了探讨童年期虐待对初中生抑郁的影响以及述情障碍、自我怜悯分别在二者之间的中介效应及述情障碍和自我怜悯在二者之间的链式中介效应。方法:使用儿童期创伤问卷(CTQ)、多伦多述情障碍量表(TAS-20)、自我同情量表(SCS)、流调中心抑郁量表(CES)对511名黑龙江、陕西两地的初中生进行问卷调查,并用SPSS与Mplus对数据进行处理。结果:(1)童年期虐待与抑郁、述情障碍显著正相关(r=0.62,0.48;P<0.01),与自我怜悯显著负相关(r=-0.44,P<0.01);抑郁与述情障碍显著正相关(r=0.65,P<0.01),与自我怜悯显著负相关(r=-0.62,P<0.01);述情障碍与自我怜悯显著负相关(r=-0.61,P<0.01);(2)童年期虐待不仅对抑郁产生直接影响(β=0.36,P<0.001),且述情障碍、自我怜悯在二者之间的中介效应显著,中介效应量分别为23.29%,8.99%;述情障碍与自我怜悯在童年期虐待与抑郁之间的链式中介作用显著,效应量为10.64%。结论:童年期虐待对初中生抑郁有直接影响,并通过述情障碍与自我怜悯产生显著的链式中介效应。 Objective:To explore the effect of childhood abuse on depression of junior middle school students,the mediating effect of alexithymia and self pity,and the chain mediating effect of alexithymia and self pity.Methods:A total of 511 junior middle school students in Heilongjiang and Shaanxi were investigated by childhood trauma questionnaire(CTQ),Toronto Alexithymia Scale(TAS-20),self compassion scale(SCS)and center for migration Depression Scale(CES),and the data were processed by SPSS and Mplus.Results:Childhood abuse was positively correlated with depression and alexithymia(r=0.62,0.48;P<0.01),and negatively correlated with self pity(r=-0.44,P<0.01);Depression was positively correlated with alexithymia(r=0.65,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with self pity(r=-0.62,P<0.01);Alexithymia was negatively correlated with self pity(r=-0.61,P<0.01).Childhood abuse had a direct impact on depression of junior middle school students(β=0.36,P<0.001),and the mediating effects of alexithymia and self pity were significant,and the mediating effects were 23.99%and 8.99%respectively.Conclusion:Childhood abuse has a direct impact on depression of junior middle school students.Alexithymia and self pity play a partial mediating effect between childhood abuse and depression of junior middle school students,and they play a chain mediating effect between childhood abuse and depression of junior middle school students.
