烟草粉体添加对造纸法再造烟叶品质的影响

Effects of Tobacco Powder Addition on Quality of Reconstituted Tobacco Leaf by Papermaking

为考察烟草粉体添加对造纸法再造烟叶品质的影响。按照常规造纸法工艺流程制备造纸法再造烟叶,并在涂布过程中加入烟草粉体,采用单因素实验方法研究不同烟草粒径和添加比例与造纸法再造烟叶热水可溶物、化学指标、产品造碎率和感官质量指标之间的关系。结果表明:(1)在同等目数的条件下,随着烟草粉体使用比例的提升,综合造碎率逐渐升高;烟草粉体添加量每增加5%,总糖增幅平均值为3.27%,还原糖增幅为2.23%;烟气的浓度提升,香气量提升,烟气的强度提升,木质气息逐渐改善,烟草自然本香逐渐增加;再造烟叶产品的热水可溶物值逐渐升高;(2)在添加量一定的条件下,高目数样品的造碎率平均低于低目数样品的造碎率;随着目数的增加,烟气的透发性、细腻柔和度、明亮清晰度和透发性逐渐提升,自然烟草香气特征逐渐提升;产品的热水可溶物值没有明显的影响。说明烟草粉体按一定比例添加对再造烟叶成品具有一定的影响作用,主要是影响成品的热水可溶物、化学指标和感官质量指标,而烟草粉体粒径对造碎率和感官质量指标有所改善,其他指标变化不明显。

To investigate the effect of tobacco powder addition on the quality of reconstituted tobacco leaves. Reconstituted tobacco leaf by papermaking was prepared according to the conventional papermaking process, and tobacco powder was added in the coating process. The relationship between different tobacco particle size and addition ratio and hot water soluble substance, chemical index, product shredding rate and sensory quality index of reconstituted tobacco leaf by papermaking was studied by single factor experiment. The results showed that:(1) Under the condition of the same mesh number, with the increase of the proportion of tobacco powder, the comprehensive shredding rate increased gradually;The average increase rate of total sugar and reducing sugar was 3.27% and 2.23% with 5% increase of tobacco powder supplemental level. The concentration of flue gas, the amount of aroma, the intensity of tobacco smoke, the wood smell gradually improved, the natural aroma of tobacco gradually increased;The hot water soluble value of reconstituted tobacco products increased gradually.(2) Under the condition of constant addition amount, the crushing rate of high mesh samples was lower than that of low mesh samples on average;With the increase of the number of mesh, the tobacco smoke permeability, fineness and softness, brightness and clarity and permeability gradually improved, and the aroma characteristics of natural tobacco gradually improved. The hot water soluble value of the product had no significant effect. The results showed that the addition of tobacco powder in a certain proportion had a certain effect on the reconstituted tobacco products, mainly the hot water soluble substance, chemical index and sensory quality index of finished products, while the particle size of tobacco powder improved the shredding rate and sensory quality index, but the other indexes did not change significantly.
