摘要
本文中作者详细介绍了非晶合金立体卷铁心截面设计思路,基于Python软件设计了一种适用于非晶合金立体卷铁心的截面自动计算程序。程序综合考虑非晶带材规格、带材利用率、填充系数及非晶合金立体卷铁心工艺要求,对铁心截面进行优化设计,提高了设计人员的工作效率。
This paper introduces the design idea of section of amorphous solid coiling core in detail and designs an automatic section calculation programfor amorphous alloy solid coiling coreby Python software. The program takes into account the specifications of amorphous strip, the utilization rate of strip, the filling factor and the technological requirements of amorphous alloy solid coiling, and optimizes the cross section of the core., which improves the work efficiency of designers.
