一种新型1000kV特高压交流变压器高压出线装置方案的研究 被引量:1

摘要 1000kV特高压交流变压器的高压出线装置是用于连接高压引线与高压套管的关键结构件,起着保证高压引线和出线区域的电气稳定性的作用。目前,我国的特高压交流变压器高压出线装置的设计方案均为箱壁中部出线的结构,绝缘系统和高压套管尾部集中在升高座内部的狭窄区域内。在变压器运行过程中,一旦具有高场强的高压升高座内部发生电气故障,会对变压器安全稳定运行造成巨大影响。为了提高变压器的安全可靠性,本文中作者提出了一种新型1000kV特高压交流变压器的箱盖出线方案。该方案不仅保证高压出线装置区域电气绝缘性能,还综合分析了出线装置放置位置对变压器运行过程安全可靠性的影响,以及变压器产品运输、安装及现场场地占用等经济因素的影响。最后,通过三维有限元仿真分析验证了该新型的高压出线装置方案的可靠性。 The high-voltage outlet device of 1000kV UHV AC transformer is an important structural, which is used to connect high voltage leads and HV Bushing. It can ensure electrical stability of the high voltage leads and outlet area. The existing outlet device design scheme of UHV AC transformer is arranged from the middle of tank wall, while the insulation system and bushing shield ring are concentrated in the narrow area of side turret. In transformer operation process, once occur internal failure of high voltage field, it will cause great influence on the whole Transformer. To improve the safety and reliability of Transformers, this paper proposed a new type 1000kV UHV AC transformer outlet device scheme. The scheme not only ensures the electrical performance of the high-voltage outlet device, but also comprehensively considers the safety influence of the outlet location during Transformer operation process, as well as the economic factors such as transportation, installation and site occupation of the transformer products. Finally, the reliability of this new high voltage outlet device is verified by finite element simulation analysis.
