On July 5,the Central Military Commission held a ceremony to promote officers to the rank of general in the Bayi Building in Beijing.Xi Jinping,chairman of the Central Military Commission,presented certificates of the orders to the promoted officers.They are Commander of the Southern Theater Command of the People's Liberation Army(PLA)Wang Xiubin,Commander of the PLA Westerm Theater Command Xu Qiling,Commander of the PLA Army Liu Zhenli,and Commander of the PLA Strategic Support Force Ju Qiansheng.
