中华典籍英译融入高职公共英语教学研究

摘要 高职公共英语教学中的“中华文化失语”现象已成为不争的事实。为有效缓解这一现象,笔者对3060名高职高专学生进行了问卷调查。结合调查数据、相关文献与教学实践,综合考察中华典籍与中华优秀传统文化间的关系,提出将中华典籍英译融入教材编纂、教学设计,及英语测试中的设想,并将文秋芳教授的“产出导向法”(POA)在中华典籍英文表达教学方面加以应用,取得了一定的成绩。中华典籍英译融入高职公共英语教学的改革旨在提升学生中华优秀传统文化英文表达能力,推动中华文化海外传播,让世界正确认识中国。 It is universally acknowledged that the problem of modern English teaching is Chinese culture aphasia.The survey on“Chinese traditional cultures”has conducted among 3060 vocational students,and the result suggests quite a few students have the ability expressing Chinese culture with English.Therefore,the paper focuses on integrating Chinese Classics Translation into High Vocational College English Teaching including Textbook Compilation,Teaching Design,and English-level Tests.Moreover,POA proposed by WEN Qiufang has been tested in Chinese Classics Translation's teaching,and teaching effect is good.The teaching reform aims at improving students English communicative competence on Chinese traditional culture,promoting the overseas spread of Chinese culture,so that the world would have a correct understanding of China.
