农村留守儿童关爱工作现状分析及优化策略探究

Analysis of the Current Situation and Optimization Strategy of Care for Rural Left-behind Children

当前农村留守儿童关爱工作存在的问题主要是:家庭关爱难以尽责、政府关爱主导有待加强、学校关爱师资不足、社会关爱供给匮乏。破解之策在于构建六方联动机制:政府从全局上统筹和指导、家长切实履行监护和家庭教育责任、村民社区发挥联动枢纽作用、农村学校充分发挥其教育关爱职能、高校提供教育技术支持和志愿服务、慈善机构提供资金支持和专业社会服务。

At present,the main problems of caring for left-behind children in rural areas are:family care being hard to fulfill;the government's caring leadership needs to be strengthened,rural schools being lack of teachers,and social care being in short supply.The solution lies in building the linkage mechanism of the six parties:the government provides overall planning and guidance.Parents earnestly fulfill the responsibility of guardianship and family education.Villagers'communities play the role of linkage hubs.Rural schools give full play to their educational caring function.Colleges and universities provide educational technical support and volunteer services,charities provide financial support and professional social services.
