糖皮质激素联合蛤蚧定喘丸治疗支气管哮喘缓解期患者的效果观察

Effect of glucocorticoid combined with Gejie Dingchuan pills on patients with bronchial asthma in remission

目的分析蛤蚧定喘丸^(+)布地奈德福莫特罗治疗支气管哮喘缓解期患者的效果。方法选择2019年1月至2020年1月本院收治的支气管哮喘缓解期患者96例,根据用药治疗方案不同分为观察组和对照组各48例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组予以布地奈德福莫特罗治疗,观察组予以布地奈德福莫特罗^(+)蛤蚧定喘丸治疗。比较两组治疗效果、动脉血气指标、肺功能、炎性因子及T细胞亚群。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气量占用力肺活量比值(FEV_(1)/FVC)、最大呼气峰流速(PEF)均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后与对照组相比,观察组肿瘤坏死细胞因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-5(IL-5)、CD8^(+)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)均较低,CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组动脉血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))、pH值、动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))均高于对照组,动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖皮质激素联合蛤蚧定喘丸治疗支气管哮喘缓解期效果确切,能有效纠正缺氧状态,改善肺功能,调节机体免疫,缓解炎症损伤。

Objective To analyze the effect of Gejie Dingchuan pills^(+)budesonide formoterol on patients with bronchial asthma in remission.Methods A total of 96 patients with bronchial asthma in remission stage who were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into observation group(n=48)and control group(n=48)according to different medication and treatment plans.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was given budesonide formoterol and the observation group was given budesonide formoterol^(+)Gejie Dingchuan pills.The therapeutic effect,arterial blood gas index,pulmonary function,inflammatory factors and T cell subsets were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the FEV1,FEV1/FVC,FVC and PEF of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,compared with the control group,TNF-α,IL-5,CD8^(+),IL-4,IL-6 in the observation group were lower,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,SaO_(2),pH value and PaO_(2) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and PaCO_(2) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Glucocorticoid combined with Gejie Dingchuan pills is effective in the treatment of bronchial asthma in remission stage.It can effectively correct the hypoxic state,improve the lung function,regulate the body's immunity,and relieve inflammatory damage.
