喜炎平注射液联合磷酸奥司他韦治疗儿童乙型流感的疗效分析

Efficacy of Xiyanping injection combined with oseltamivir phosphate in the treatment of children with influenza B

目的观察喜炎平注射液与磷酸奥司他韦联合治疗儿童乙型流感的效果。方法选择本院2022年1月至3月收治的乙型流感患儿60例,随机分为对照组和试验组各30例。对照组给予磷酸奥司他韦治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合喜炎平注射液,比较两组治疗效果、炎症因子水平及不良反应。结果试验组整体治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前,两组血清IL-4、IL-18、TNF-α水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组血清IL-4、IL-18、TNF-α水平均下降,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论喜炎平注射液联合磷酸奥司他韦治疗儿童乙型流感效果显著,利于改善炎症因子,安全性理想。

Objective To observe the effect of Xiyanping injection combined with oseltamivir phosphate in the treatment of children with influenza B.Methods A total of 60 children with influenza B who were admitted to our hospital from January to March 2022 were included and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oseltamivir phosphate,and the experimental group was combined with Xiyanping injection on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,inflammatory factor level and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The overall therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of IL-4,IL-18,and TNF-α(P>0.05).At the end of treatment,the levels of serum IL-4,IL-18,and TNF-αin the two groups decreased,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiyanping injection combined with oseltamivir phosphate has a significant effect in the treatment of children with influenza B,which is beneficial to improve inflammatory factors,and has an ideal safety.
