摘要
以环氧树脂E20、大豆油脂肪酸为原料,四丁基溴化铵(TBAB)为催化剂,反应制备环氧酯,采用相反转法制备水性环氧酯乳液。探究适宜反应条件及乳化工艺。结果表明,适宜酯化反应条件为:温度为140℃,E20与豆油脂肪酸摩尔比1∶2,TBAB添加量为1%;乳化工艺为:复合乳化剂添加量为树脂质量8%,乳化温度65℃,均质机转速6000 r/min,该条件下制备的乳液粒径小(376.1 nm),分布窄(D_(95)=500.7 nm),稳定性好。
Take epoxy resin E20,soybean oil fatty acid as raw materials,and tetrabutylammonium bromide(TBAB)as catalyst to prepare epoxy ester,the aqueous epoxy ester emulsion was prepared by the phase inversion method.The optimum reaction conditions and emulsification process were investigated.The results showed that the suitable esterification reaction conditions are:temperature is 140℃,the ratio of E20 to fatty acid substance is 1∶2,the amount of TBAB is 1%;the emulsification conditions are:the additive amount of composite emulsifier is 8%of the resin mass,the emulsification temperature is 65℃,and the homogenizer rotation speed is 6000 r/min,the lotion prepared under this condition has small particle size(376.1 nm),narrow distribution(D_(95)=500.7 nm)and good stability.
