焙烧温度对CuZnAl-MMO/C催化剂结构及其催化CO加氢制取低碳醇性能的影响

摘要 以β-环糊精作为碳源,采用双滴共沉淀焙烧制备CuZnAl-MMO/C催化剂,探究焙烧温度对催化剂结构和性能的影响。结果表明,β-环糊精在550℃碳化后与催化剂结合最紧密,电子传递能力显著提高;同时,催化剂中Cu物种易于还原,中强碱性位占比最大,从而显著提高催化剂的活性和低碳醇的选择性,CO转化率达22.22%,C_(2+)OH在醇产物中的比例最高达22.06%。 CuZnAl-MMO/C Catalysts were prepared by double-drop co-precipitation calcinating usingβ-cyclodextrin as the carbon source,the influence of calcinating temperature on the catalyst structure and properties was investigated.The result showed thatβ-cyclodextrin was most tightly bound to the catalyst after carbonisation at 550℃,with a significant increase in electron transfer capacity;meanwhile,the Cu species in the catalyst were easily reduced with the largest proportion of medium to strong basic sites,which significantly improved the catalyst activity and higher alcohols selectivity.The CO conversion rate reached 22.22%,and the proportion of C_(2+)OH in the total alcohols were 22.06%.
