粉煤灰基X沸石的制备及应用进展

摘要 简要介绍了粉煤灰的理化性质,X沸石的结构特点,从以粉煤灰为原料合成X沸石以及粉煤灰基X沸石的主要应用领域与效果两方面进行综述及展望。粉煤灰因为其丰富的硅铝含量以及独特的结构成为合成人工沸石的理想材料。粉煤灰基X沸石因为其优异的性能已成为应用最广泛的沸石之一,在处理如CO_(2)、SO_(2)、NO_(x)、VOCs等废气,处理印染废水,去除废水中重金属阳离子等方面表现出良好的性能。粉煤灰基X沸石逐渐应用于一些新的领域如储氢、作为电池电解质、医用。虽然粉煤灰基X沸石表现出的性能良好且应用较广泛,但是仍存在合成原材料、合成方法、实现工业化等方面的问题需要更进一步的研究。 This paper briefly introduced the physical and chemical properties of fly ash and the characteristics of zeolite X,in addition,summarized the research progress from two aspects of the synthesis of zeolite X from fly ash and the main application of fly ash-based zeolite X,finally,summarized and prospects the overall development trend.Fly ash is an ideal material for synthetic zeolites because of its adequate silicon-aluminum content and unique structure.Fly ash-based zeolite X has become one of the most widely used zeolites because of its excellent properties.It shows good performance in treating waste gas such as CO_(2),SO_(2),NO_(x),VOCs,printing and dyeing wastewater,and removing heavy metal cations in wastewater.Fly ash-based zeolite X is gradually used in some new fields such as hydrogen storage,as battery electrolyte,and medical.Although fly ash-based zeolite X exhibits good performance and is widely used,there are still problems in synthesis of raw materials,synthesis methods,and realization of industrialization that require further research.
