摘要
首先介绍了陶瓷填料、金属纳米填料与碳系材料对聚合基体的不同影响,比较其各自的优缺点,并详细阐述了碳系材料在性能提升方面的优势。随后介绍了常见的增强复合材料介电性能的机理模型和方法。分别介绍几种主要的碳系材料:炭黑、石墨烯、碳纤维和碳纳米管分别与聚偏氟乙烯制备复合材料的国内外研究现状与其各自所面临的问题。最后对碳系填料/PVDF基复合电介质材料的研究进行了展望。
The article first introduces the different effects of ceramic fillers,metal nanofillers and carbon-based materials on the polymer matrix,compares their respective advantages and disadvantages,and elaborates the advantages of carbon-based materials in performance improvement.Then the common mechanism models and methods of enhancing the dielectric properties of composites are introduced.The research status at home and abroad of several main carbon-based materials:carbon black,graphene,carbon fiber and carbon nanotubes with polyvinylidene fluoride to prepare composites and their respective problems are introduced.Finally,the research of carbon filler/PVDF composite dielectric materials is prospected.
