Advances in the application of metabolomic methods in microbial corrosion research

摘要 简要阐述了代谢组学的研究流程、常用分析平台的特点和典型应用方法,重点介绍了在微生物腐蚀的背景下靶向代谢组学和非靶向代谢组学的不同应用场景,论述了代谢组学在预测微生物腐蚀方面取得的成果,分析总结了其在微生物腐蚀机理研究中的进展。结合现实,展望了代谢组学在微生物腐蚀研究中的应用前景与发展趋势,同时指出了面临的问题与挑战,以期为将来代谢组学技术在相关领域的发展提供新的思路和选择。 This paper briefly describes the research process of metabolomics,the characteristics of common analytical platforms and typical application methods,focuses on the different application scenarios of targeted and untargeted metabolomics in the context of microbial corrosion,discusses the achievements of metabolomics in predicting microbial corrosion,and analyzes and summarizes its progress in the study of microbial corrosion mechanism.The prospect and development trend of metabolomics in microbial corrosion research are discussed,and the problems and challenges are pointed out,in order to provide new ideas and options for the development of metabolomics technology in related fields in the future.
