摘要
在分析煤灰黏温特性影响因素(灰组成、临界黏度温度和灰渣类型)的基础上,阐述了氧化钙对煤灰黏温特性的调控行为,进一步分析氧化钙对煤灰黏温特性的调控机理。最后对黏度预测模型进行了归纳,以期为煤灰黏温特性的调控提供参考;并对煤灰黏温特性的调控机理做出总结和展望。
Based on the analyses of the influencing factors of coal ash viscosity-temperature characteristic(ash composition,critical viscosity temperature and slag type),the regulation behaviors of calcium oxide on viscosity-temperature characteristics were expounded.Furthermore,the mechanism of calcium oxide controlling the viscosity-temperature characteristics of coal ash was analyzed.Finally the viscosity prediction models were summarized.This might provide reference for the regulation of coal ash viscosity-temperature characteristics and the regulation mechanism of coal ash viscosity temperature characteristics is summarized and prospected.
