5%氟氯虫双酰胺SC的高效液相色谱-串联质谱分析

HPLC-Tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of fluchlordiniliprole 5%SC

探寻在高效液相色谱-串联质谱的技术手段下5%氟氯虫双酰胺悬浮剂的常量分析方法。采用Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%甲酸水(体积比70∶30)作为流动相、流速0.4 mL/min、柱温30℃等检测基础上串联质谱,ESI离子源为负离子模式扫描来测定氟氯虫双酰胺的含量。结果表明,氟氯虫双酰胺在0.01~1 mg/L范围内,其方法的线性相关系数良好,标准偏差为0.031,变异系数为0.63%,回收率在97.75%~104.79%之间,平均回收率为99.7%。在本检测手段下,其线性关系优异,检测灵敏度优秀,可以此方法作为检测新农药5%氟氯虫双酰胺悬浮剂中有效成分含量的普遍分析方法。

This study aims to establish an analytical method for fluchlordiniliprole by HPLC-tandem MS.The determination of fluchlordiniliprole in the samples was conducted with Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 as chromatographic column at 30℃,acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid water(70∶30,by vol)as the mobile phase with flow rate of 0.4 mL/min,and by HPLC-tandem MS under API-ESI ion source negative ion mode scanning.Results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was good in the linear range(0.01~1 mg/L),the standard deviation was 0.031 with the variation coefficient of 0.63%,the corresponding recoveries were 97.75%~104.79%and the average recovery was 99.7%.The method has a good linear relationship and high sensitivity,which is an ideal analysis method for determination of fluchlordiniliprole.
