绿茶碎水提物对雏鸡肝脏组织学结构的影响

Effect of water extract of crushed green tea on liver injury in chickens

绿茶因其具有抗氧化、抗菌、抗病毒、调节生物体内脂质代谢等作用,在养禽业中得到了广泛应用,然而其对雏鸡肝脏是否有损伤尚未见报道.60只1 d龄健康817杂交肉鸡随机分为6组,每组10只,试验组分别为全天自由饮用10%绿茶碎水提物组(T1组)、T2-T5组分别为自由饮水基础上每天灌服1 mL/50 g体质量10.00%、5.00%、2.50%和1.25%绿茶碎水提物组、最后一组为对照组(C组),自由饮水摄食.临床观察发现,T1组雏鸡前两天精神异常亢奋,第3天开始出现精神萎靡,第4天开始出现死亡,随后每日死亡数逐天增加,在第7天全部死亡.其余各组精神正常,未见死亡现象.HE染色结果显示:T1组雏鸡肝脏有大面积肝细胞坏死溶解,淋巴细胞浸润,淤血.T2组雏鸡个别肝细胞出现坏死现象,其他组与对照组相比没有明显的变化.Masson染色结果显示:T1组雏鸡肝脏组织出现大量纤维增生,T2组雏鸡出现了少量纤维增生,其他组与对照组相比没有明显的变化.这些结果表明高质量分数的绿茶碎水提物对雏鸡肝脏能够造成损伤.这为家禽饲养过程中安全添加绿茶等副产品提供了理论依据.

Green tea has been widely used in the poultry industry because of its antioxidant,antibacterial,antiviral,and lipid metabolism in organisms,but whether it is harmful to the liver of chickens has not been reported.Sixty 1-day-old healthy 817 hybrid broilers were randomly divided into 6 groups,each group of 10 chickens.Chickens of T1 group drink 10%water extract of crushed green tea freely all day.Chickens of T2-T5 group drink water freely besides 1 mL/50 g chicken weight10.00%,5.00%,2.50%and 1.25%water extract of crushed green tea per day.The last group was the control group(C group),freely drinking water per day.Clinical observations showed that the chickens in the T1 group were abnormally energetic in the first two days,and they began to have mental atrophy on the third day,and even to die on the 4th day.And then the number of dead chickens increased day by day,and they all died before the 7th day.HE staining showed that the liver of chickens in the T1 group had a large area of necrotic hepatocytes,lymphocyte infiltration,congestion.And some hepatocytes were necrotic in chickens in the T2 group.There was no obvious change in the other groups compared with the control group.The Masson staining showed that a large amount of fibrotic hyperplasia occurred in the liver tissue of chickens in the T1 group,and a small amount of fibrotic hyperplasia occurred in the chickens in the T2 group,and there was no obvious change in T3-T5 groups compared with the control group.These results showed that the high concentration of water extract of crushed green tea may cruse injury to chicken liver.This provides a theoretical basis for the safe addition of green tea by-products during poultry rearing.
