疫情下高层住宅公共空间优化设计研究--以徐州汉邦广场住区为例

Research on the Optimization Design of Public Space of High-rise Residential Buildings under the Epidemic Situation:Taking Hanbang Square Housing as an Example

随着城市用地紧张,人口密度过大等社会问题的日益凸显,高层住宅成为当下主要住宅形式之一,它在解决城市用地紧张、改善居住条件的同时,也存在着公共空间设计不合理的情况,这直接导致了住户使用不便、人际交往淡漠等问题。同时,疫情时代下防疫已经成为人们生活中不可回避的问题,这也对高层住宅公共空间提出了新的要求。文章结合徐州汉邦广场住区项目,从入户大堂、架空式底层、生态车库等方面探讨在疫情背景下如何进行高层住宅公共空间的绿色可持续化设计。在优化住区的居住环境品质和公共设施服务水平的同时兼顾住区居民邻里感和归属感。

With the increasingly prominent social problems such as the shortage of urban land and overpopulation density,high-rise residential buildings have become one of the main residential forms at present.While solving the shortage of urban land and improving living conditions,it also has the unreasonable design of public space,which directly leads to the problems such as inconvenience in using and indifference in interpersonal communication.At the same time,epidemic prevention has become an unavoidable problem in people's lives,which also puts forward new requirements for the public space of high-rise residential buildings.Combined with the residential project of Xuzhou Hanbang Square,this paper discusses how to design sustainable green public space of high-rise residential buildings from the aspects of the entrance hall,the overhead ground floor and the ecological garage.While optimizing the quality of residential environment and the level of public facilities and services,the sense of neighborhood and sense of belonging of residents in the residential area are taken into account.
