建筑4.0时代下高职建筑专业人才培养研究

Research on the Cultivation of Architecture Majors Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Era of Construction 4.0

建筑4.0时代的到来改变了传统建筑模式,提高了社会对建筑业从业人员的能力要求,高职院校作为培养建筑业技能型人才的摇篮面临着更大的挑战。文章结合建筑4.0的特点,并基于我国高职院校建筑人才培养的现实困境,提出了一些适切的建议。高职院校需提高信息化教学水平、灵活调整课程内容和教学模式、重视学生良好职业道德精神的培育、协同政企行共同培养,以此增强职业教育人才供给对产业需求的适配性,为建筑行业培育具有职业能力和职业道德精神的高素质人才。

The arrival of the Construction 4.0 Era has changed the traditional architectural model,and has improved the social ability requirements for employees,higher vocational colleges,as the cradle of cultivating skilled construction talents,are facing greater challenges.The paper combines the features of Construction 4.0,and base on the realistic plight of construction talents training in higher vocational colleges in China,some appropriate suggestions are put forward.Higher vocational colleges should improve the level of information-based teaching,adjust course content and teaching model flexibly,attach importance to cultivating students'professional ethics,collaborate with the government,enterprises and the government.So we can improve the suitability of talent supply to industrial demand,and cultivate high-skilled talents with professional ability and ethics spirit for the construction industry.
