线上+线下社区居家养老服务设施优化策略探究--以北京市海淀区和朝阳区为例

Research on the Optimization Strategy of the Service Facilities Home-based Care for Senior Citizens:Taking Haidian and Chaoyang Districts of Beijing as an Example

传统居家养老模式困境的显现和互联网信息技术的发展,使得基于“线上”+“线下”的社区居家养老服务设施体系渐呈趋势。文章以北京市海淀区和朝阳区社区居家养老服务设施为例,借助GIS绘图工具,并使用近邻分析、泰森多边形等分析方法,对养老驿站、社区卫生服务中心、社区服务圈的空间布局和可达性进行现状分析,并分析了“线上”与“线下”的结合给养老服务设施带来的机遇,在此基础上提出北京市社区居家养老服务设施优化策略和创新建议。

The dilemma of the traditional home-based care services for the aged and the development of Internet information have made the system of home-based care services for the aged based on"online"and"offline"gradually trending.Taking the home-based care service facilities for the aged in Haidian District and Chaoyang District of Beijing as an example,this paper uses GIS drawing tools to analyze the spatial layout and reach of the old-age station,community health service center and community service circle by using neighbor analysis and Tyson polygon analysis methods.Sexuality analysis was carried out,and the opportunities brought by the combination of"online"and"offline"to the old-age service facilities were analyzed.On this basis,the spatial layout optimization and innovation suggestions for the residential care facilities in Beijing were proposed.
