城市更新视角下站点空间安全感评价研究--以济南老城区为例

Research on the Evaluation of the Sense of Security of Site Space from the Perspective of Urban Renewal:Taking the Old City of Jinan as an Example

从城市更新视角出发,以定性的角度(行为感知)探究了站点空间特征与17个心理安全感要素之间的关系,获得包含空间因子、交通因子、装饰因子和管理服务因子在内的四个影响站点安全感的重要因子。在此基础上,从空间与交通、装饰、管理方面对城市老城区站点空间评价进行综合评价。

From the perspective of urban renewal,the relationship between site spatial characteristics and 17 psychological security factors was explored from a qualitative perspective(behavioral perception),and four important factors affecting site security,including space factor,traffic factor,decoration factor and management service factor,were obtained,based on which a comprehensive evaluation of site spatial evaluation in urban old city was conducted in terms of space and traffic,decoration and management.
