基于老年社区微更新与模块化设计的思考与研究--以长沙文庙坪片区为例

Thinking and Research based on Micro-renewal and Modular Design of Elderly Community:Taking Changsha Wenmiao Ping Area as an Example

社区的一系列不同的组织构成了城市的复杂系统,是城市结构中具有深刻重要性的组成单位,也是城市演变进程中的基础单位。当前社会面临着老年化日渐严重的社会问题,以老年人居住为主的旧社区逐渐吸引了社会关注。通过调研发现,老年社区存在基础设施落后、绿化缺失等问题。文章主要调查分析长沙文庙坪社区现状,采用模块化设计,以满足老年人对社区空间以及健康环境的需求,以期为重铸老年人聚集社区的空间活力和老年人的健康活力带来一定的参考。

A series of different organizations of the community constitute the complex system of the city,which is a unit of profound importance in the urban structure and the basic unit in the process of urban evolution.The current society is facing the increasingly serious social problems of aging,and the old communities mainly for the elderly have gradually attracted social attention.Through investigation,it is found that there are problems such as backward infrastructure and lack of greening in elderly communities.This paper mainly investigates and analyzes the current situation of Wenmiao Ping Community in Changsha City,adopts modular design to meet the needs of the elderly for community space and healthy environment,in order to bring some reference for rebuilding the space vitality of the elderly gathering community and the health vitality of the elderly.
