摘要
针对江苏淮安某风电项目已有钢混塔架基础改建为锚栓连接的纯钢塔基础设计方案,对新加混凝土与已有基础的传力性能采用精细化实体有限元模型分析受力特点,并通过分析极端运行工况和正常运行工况下的基础应变、裂缝宽度和钢筋应力验证设计的安全性,结果表明提出的设计变更方案安全可靠,便于实施,满足国内相关标准规范要求,为实际工程的正常施工及运行稳定提供了保障。
Aiming at the design scheme of rebuilding the existing steel-concrete tower foundation of a wind power project in Huaian,Jiangsu into a pure steel tower foundation connected by anchor bolts,the force transmission performance of the newly added concrete and the existing foundation was analyzed by using a refined solid finite element model to analyze its force characteristics.The safety of design is verified by analyzing the foundation strain,crack width and reinforcement stress under extreme operating conditions and normal operating conditions.The results show that the proposed design change scheme is safe and reliable,easy to implement,meets the requirements of relevant domestic standards and specifications,and provides guarantee for normal construction and operation stability of actual projects.
