配电中低压开关是配网的重要组成部分,随着入网设备的急剧增加,配网中低压开关入网质量检测工作存在巨大压力。人工检测模式不利于把控检测质量,同时在检测项目繁多、检测仪器多样、接线复杂的情况下,需频繁切换设备,存在巨大安全隐患,因此提出了一种配网中低压开关智能检测平台,实现多模块集成,包含仪器集成、电源集成、接线集成,具备自动接线、一键切换电源、自动检测功能,无需人干预,极大地提升了效率,降低了安全隐患。

The distribution middle voltage and low voltage switch is an important part of the distribution network.With the rapid growth of grid-integration of equipment,there is a huge pressure on the quality inspection of the distribution middle voltage and low voltage switch.The manual inspection mode is difficult to ensure the inspection quality.At the same time,under the circumstances of a large number of testing items,a variety of testing instruments and complex wiring,it is necessary to switch devices frequently,which has a huge security risk.Therefore,an intelligent detection platform for low voltage switches in distribution network is presented,which implements multi-module integration,including instrument integration,power integration and connection integration.It has the functions of automatic wiring,one-button power switch and automatic detection,without human intervention,which greatly improves efficiency and reduces security risks.
