一起500 kV变压器夹件两次接地故障的分析处理

摘要 变压器夹件接地故障是变压器常见故障,其接地点的查找和处理相当困难,应根据设备检修状况、现场检查情况、试验数据等来综合分析。以一台ODFPSZ-250000/500单相变压器吊罩大修后出现夹件绝缘低故障,经处理后再次发生绝缘低的故障处理为例,通过故障现象分析了故障产生的原因,总结了现场的处理方法,为同类型故障提供处理经验。 The grounding fault of transformer clamp is a common fault of transformer,and it is very difficult to find and deal with its grounding point.It should be comprehensively judged and analyzed according to the equipment maintenance status,on-site inspection conditions,and test data.After an ODFPSZ-250000/500 single-phase transformer hood was overhauled,there was a low insulation fault of the clip,and the low insulation fault occurred again after treatment.Through the failure phenomenon,the cause of the failure is analyzed,and the on-site treatment methods are summarized to provide treatment experience for the same type of failure.
