摘要
区域科技创新是提升区域经济增长和竞争力的重要因素,准确把握区域科技创新绩效对制定协同发展政策至关重要。基于协同发展视角,本文采用2011-2020年面板数据,运用灰色关联分析方法,对长江经济带上、中、下游科技创新绩效进行评估与分析,最终为协同推进长江经济带整体创新绩效提升提出政策建议。研究结论在一定程度上丰富了区域科技创新领域的研究成果,并为推动长江上、中、下游地区协调发展和沿江地区高质量发展提供有益的政策参考。
Regional sci-tech innovation plays a vital role in driving regional economic growth and competitiveness.Accurately grasping the performance of regional sci-tech innovation is crucial to formulating coordinated development policies. Based on the perspective of collaborative development, this paper, with the help of the panel data from 2011to 2020, uses the grey correlation analysis method to evaluate and analyze the performance of sci-tech innovation in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River economic belt, and finally provide policy suggestions for the overall innovation performance improvement of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The conclusions drawn from the research enrich the research results in the field of regional sci-tech innovation to a certain extent and provide useful policy references for promoting the coordinated development of the upper, middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and the high-quality development of the areas along the Yangtze River.
