摘要 发育性癫痫性脑病(DEE)是一组严重威胁儿童身体健康的神经发育性疾病,治疗困难。为了规范激素在DEE治疗中的应用,中华医学会儿科学分会神经学组联合中华儿科杂志编辑委员会组织制订了"中国发育性癫痫性脑病激素治疗临床实践指南(2022版)",对激素治疗DEE相关的10个临床问题进行解答,以期指导我国儿童神经科、神经内科医生的临床实践。
