基于动态规划的SOFC冷热电三联供综合能源系统日前经济调度 被引量:7

Economic Day-ahead Scheduling of SOFC-based Integrated Tri-generation Energy System Using Dynamic Programming

摘要 综合能源系统(integratedenergysystem,IES)经济运行面临系统内各能源生产及转换设备之间的耦合以及多种能源需求的不均衡等问题。为此,以系统安全为约束、经济成本最小为目标函数,包括燃料成本、运行和维护成本,提出基于固体氧化物燃料电池(solidoxidefuel cell,SOFC)的冷热电三联供综合能源系统(integratedtri-generationenergy system,ITES)的运行调度模型,包括SOFC、光伏设备、风力发电机、电热泵、电制冷机、溴化锂制冷机、储电和储热设备。引入动态规划算法求解全局最优调度方案,并基于同一负荷场景讨论储电、储热设备分别带来的经济效益。调度结果表明:与仅储电、仅储热工况相比,采用电、热混合储能的工况可以分别降低4.3%与1.1%的经济成本,并减少供能设备的使用,提升储能设备工作的稳定性。 Economic operation of the integrated energy system(IES) is challenging due to the coupling between the energy transfer components and the imbalance of various energy demands. To this end, an operation scheduling model including solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC), photovoltaic system,wind generator, electric heat pump, electric chiller, lithium bromide refrigerator, electrical and thermal energy storage equipment was proposed for SOFC-based integrated tri-generation energy system(ITES) by imposing the constraints for system safety requirements and considering the minimization of economic cost(namely fuel cost, operation and maintenance cost). The dynamic programming algorithm was introduced for global optimal scheduling scheme, and the economic benefits brought by the incorporation of electrical and thermal energy storage units were discussed based on the same load scenario. The scheduling scheme demonstrates that the ITES with hybrid energy storage units can achieve the reduction of 4.3% and 1.1% of the economic cost respectively,compared with the system with a single energy storage unit,thus reducing the energy supply equipment and improving the stability of energy storage equipment.
