摘要
漏磁可控型永磁(fluxleakagecontrollablepermanent magnet,FLCPM)电机是一类新型磁通可控永磁电机。针对该类电机在多变运行工况下永磁磁链、电感等参数随电流变化的问题,该文提出一种多变运行工况电流预测分段控制方法。根据漏磁可控型电机的电磁特性,将电机的运行工况划分为:轻载区、中载区、重载区,以及饱和区4个区域。在此基础上,构建电机磁链变化与运行工况的映射关系,探究电流分配机理。分析多变运行工况下电机参数变化对电流预测控制误差的影响,提出考虑参数变化影响的分段预测控制策略。最后,通过实验验证了所提电流分段预测控制方法的有效性。
Flux leakage controllable permanent magnet(FLCPM) motor is a new type of variable-flux permanent magnet motor. Aiming at the problem of the variable PM flux linkage and inductance with the change of current under the multiple operating conditions, a subsection current prediction control method considering multiple operating condition was proposed for the FLCPM motor. Based on the electromagnetic characteristics of the FLCPM motor, the multiple operating conditions were divided into four operating domains, including light load domain, medium load domain, heavy load domain and saturated domain. On this basis, the relation between the flux linkage and operating conditions was built, and the current assignment principle was investigated. The influences of the variable motor parameters on the current predictive control error in the multiple operation condition were also analyzed.Then, the subsection predictive control strategy considering the variable parameters effects were presented. Finally, the effectiveness of the subsection current predictive control method can be verified by the experimental results.
