摘要
文章以JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》为依据,参照JJF 1133—2005《X射线荧光光谱法黄金含量分析仪校准规范》,分析了影响测量不确定度的各种因素,对X荧光光谱分析仪所涉及示值误差的不确定度进行综合评定。
Based on JJF 1059.1—2012 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement and referring to JJF 1133—2005Calibration Specification of Gold Gauge Utilizing X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry. this paper analyzes the factors affecting the measurement uncertainty in all aspects,and comprehensively evaluates the uncertainty of indication error involved in X-ray fluorescence spectrum analyzer.
