本文所述的不规则曲面壳体外表面检测技术是对应目前不规则曲面壳体零件加工过程中的技术缺陷而设计的一种外表面检测技术。该不规则曲面壳体外表面检测装置由底板、顶板、滑板、检测气缸、检测机构、模数转换器以及工控PC组成。通过该技术不仅能一次性完成整个检测,同时还能达到提高效率,节约成本的目的。

The external surface inspection technology of irregular curved shell described in this paper is a kind of external surface inspection technology designed for the technical defects in the processing of irregular curved shell parts at present. The external surface detection device of the irregular curved shell is composed of a bottom plate,a top plate,a sliding plate,a detection cylinder,a detection mechanism,an analog-to-digital converter and an industrial control PC. This technology can not only complete the whole test at one time, but also improve efficiency and save costs.
