The rapid development of science and technology makes "cloud accounting" an inevitable trend of accounting development.The electronic management of accounting files has become the routine work of the financial department of public institutions. This paper expounds the strategies of the standardized management of accounting electronic archives and the problems existing in the management process,and puts forward corresponding solutions,which will play a guiding role in the standardized management of accounting electronic archives in public institutions.
