肩关节镜手术中采用不同手术体位的护理体会

Nursing Experience of Shoulder Arthroscopic Operation with Different Operation Positions

运用不同手术体位对肩关节镜手术中护理的影响。方法:选取我院2020年1月-2021年1月收治的30例肩关节镜手术患者进行探究,依托随机数字法方式,分成观察组和对照组。观察组8例患者采用沙滩位法,对照组22例采用侧卧位法,观察2组患者术后并发症情况。结果:经过护理后,观察组和对照组在术后并发症上存在较大差异,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用沙滩位方法,对患者进行肩关节镜手术中,能够有效控制术后并发症,值得进一步推广与研究。

Objective:To investigate the effect of different surgical positions on nursing during shoulder arthroscopic surgery.Methods:a total of 30 patients receiving shoulder arthroscopic surgery in the inpatient department from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected for investigation.Relying on the random number method,they were divided into observation group and control group.8 patients in the observation group were treated with beach position method,and 22 patients in the control group were treated with lateral decubial position method.Results:After nursing,there was a great difference in postoperative complications between the observation group and the control group,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05)Conclusion:The beach position method can effectively control postoperative complications during shoulder arthroscopic surgery,which is worthy of further promotion and research.
