运用品管圈管理方法提高电子肠镜检查肠道准备合格率的研究

摘要 目的探讨品管圈(quality control circle,QCC)管理在提高电子肠镜检查肠道准备合格率中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1~12月在云浮市中医院进行电子肠镜检查的200例患者纳入研究,根据门诊号或住院号末尾奇偶数将其分为对照组(n=100)和观察组(n=100),对照组患者开展常规管理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上开展QCC管理。观察两组患者的肠道清洁度、息肉发现率、电子肠镜检查知识知晓率和患者对医护人员的职业技能评分。结果观察组患者的肠道准备合格率显著高于对照组(χ2=6.105,P=0.013);观察组患者的息肉发现率显著高于对照组(χ2=4.349,P=0.037);观察组患者的电子肠镜检查知识知晓率显著高于对照组(χ2=8.000,P=0.005);观察组患者对医护人员处理问题能力、专业知识、文献检索、主动服务、团队精神、沟通能力评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在电子肠镜检查过程中开展QCC管理,可提升患者对肠道准备、电子肠镜检查的认知,提高肠道准备的合格率和息肉发现率,并提高医护人员的专业能力。 Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle(QCC)management in improving the qualified rate of intestinal preparation for electronic colonoscopy.Methods From January to December,2021,200 patients who underwent electronic colonoscopy in Yunfu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into control group(n=100)and observation group(n=100)according to the odd and even numbers at the end of outpatient number or inpatient number.Patients in control group received routine management,and patients in observation group received QCC management on the basis of control group.Intestinal cleanliness,polyp detection rate,knowledge rate of electronic colonoscopy and professional skill score of medical staff were observed in the two groups.Results The qualified rate of intestinal preparation in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(χ2=6.105,P=0.013).The polyp detection rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(χ2=4.349,P=0.037).The knowledge rate of electronic colonoscopy in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(χ2=8.000,P=0.005).The scores of problem solving ability,professional knowledge,literature retrieval,initiative service,team spirit and communication ability of medical staff in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion QCC management in the process of electronic colonoscopy can improve the patients’cognition of intestinal preparation and electronic colonoscopy,improve the qualified rate of intestinal preparation and polyp detection rate,and improve the professional ability of medical staff.
